February 2008:

We are pleased to inform you that Hy-Energy LLC has become a part of Setaram Inc (Pennsauken, NJ, USA). Both Setaram and Hy-Energy are dedicated to providing the strongest possible technological solution backed by market leading support and it is our intention to combine our unique skills to improve our products and services to you. Building upon the existing facilities and capabilities in California will allow Setaram to a have coast-to-coast presence in the US and to further increase our US support network Internationally, Setaram has a global sales and support network that will now allow Hy-Energy to be closer to all of its customers to meet your needs locally. In addition the combination of gas sorption analysis, thermal analysis and calorimetry products makes us the first choice for materials characterization, especially in the hydrogen storage field.
All of Hy-Energy personnel have been retained within the organization and Karl Gross, in particular, will be heavily involved not just with the transition period but with our product developments and R&D projects for many years to come. We will be further investing and expanding California facility, with a dedicated high performance laboratory and additional staff to allow us to expand our products and services to you.
